hi guys
Happy new year in advance wish a grt year ahead#
Here r some investment ideas for the year 2010
1. Nickel current price 892/KG as on 24/dec/2009 buy suggestion given on 22/nov/2009 at price of Rs 785/KG. Nickel still look strong for the target of rs 1100/kg in 2010.It has broken its 100 days price range bound, also trading higer on 100 days moving avg.
2. All the commodity market will remain in consolidation mode in 2010.If you are a active trader then i m sure u will make gud profit.Risk on capital is low for active trader coz the commodity market will not have high volatility in coming year.
3. Share market might make a new all time high due to heavy money inflow of FII(foreign institutional investor) and DII(domestice insitutional investor).According to source the money inflow from life insurance sector is at all time high in indian share market. The mutual fund industry is expecting to break all its life time high record.LIfe Insurance sector is growing at 24 % in india.85 % of life insurance are now related to market link policy which mean a huge inflow in share market and dont forget mutual fund industry growing more then life insurance. so guys i belive share market should make a new life time high.
4. All who has invested in mutual fund i suggest them to book 50 % profit.I doubt on mutual fund industry operation.A big fraud scandal will come soon in indian mutual fund industry. This will effect the unit price of all mutual fund.
5. buy shares in Battery /battery raw material related company. The demand for battery will be double in next 3 years.china's 18 % auto sector is converted into battery.Warren buffet has started investing in battery related company from last year. He is expecting the investment to be 3 times within a 2 years. Now already he is in huge profit due to growth in battery demand.
6.Gold and silver looks a best option for low risk profile investor.Buy gold and silver on every down.Gold can touch rs 18500/10gm and silver can touch at rs 34000/per kg.

Fed officials play down impact of weak dollar
HONG KONG/SINGAPORE: Federal Reserve officials on Thursday downplayed the consequences of the falling US dollar, underscoring that deflation is Where Re comes from & goes

still a threat, especially with commercial real estate prices falling.
Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher said in an interview with Market News International that the weakening dollar, which hit a 15-month low against major currencies on Monday, is only one of the factors the Fed watches when setting policy.
"You pay attention to this," Fisher said in reply to a question about the effects of a weaker dollar.
"On the other hand, in terms of its inflationary input, unless it becomes disorderly, a depreciating dollar -- a gradually depreciating dollar -- doesn't necessarily add an enormous inflation impulse."
Fisher will become a voting member of the Fed's policy-setting committee in 2011.
The dollar has fallen 7 percent so far this year and likely has become a funding vehicle for bets on higher-yielding currencies in growing emerging markets.
Philadelphia Fed President Charles Plosser, answering journalists' questions after a speech in Singapore, was also not worried about dollar weakness.
"There's no particular reason you wouldn't expect the dollar to go back to where it was before the panic set in -- that is essentially all it has done at this point. I don't view that as anything particularly of concern," he said.

IMF head eyes global currency change, presses on yuan
The imperative of greater global currency stability means the world can no longer rely,as it has done since the end of the gold standard,on a currency issued by a single country, the head of the IMF said on Tuesday.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn,the managing director of the IMF,restated his view that a new global currency might evolve out of the Special Drawing Right, the Fund's in-house unit of account.
"That probably has to be a basket," Strauss-Kahn said of the eventual replacement for the dollar."In a globalised world there is no domestic solution,"he told a forum.Speaking later at a news conference,Strauss-Kahn reiterated the message that has been a constant refrain during his visit that China needs a stronger yuan as part of a package of policies to help rebalance its economy by promoting domestic demand.
"For us, because it just is consistent with the new economic policy in China, the sooner the better. How fast?It will take time.It is not something which will change in one step overnight," Strauss-Kahn said.China has kept the yuan, also known as the renminbi (RMB),pegged around 6.83 per dollar since July 2008,following a 21% rise over the previous three years,to help its exporters weather the economic crisis.
"We do believe firmly in the IMF that the RMB is undervalued and that it is not only in the interests of the global economy but also in the interests of China to have a revaluation of the currency," he said.An undervalued currency introduces economic distortions, which might confer certain advantages but at a cost to other parts of economy, Strauss-Kahn explained.
"So China has a trade advantage, but it also has the wrong prices, leading to wrong decisions about investment in the long run.It is now time for China, having a lot of advantages from an undervalued currency,to look more forward to investment and long-term stability, and this long-term stability goes with getting rid of this distortion," he said.
The United States in particular has argued that an undervalued yuan is exacerbating economic imbalances that were a root cause of the global financial crisis. However, visiting U.S. President Barack Obama referred only fleetingly to the issue after talks with President Hu Jintao.
"I was pleased to note the Chinese commitment made in past statements to move toward a more market-oriented exchange rate over time," Obama said.Strauss-Kahn expressed concern that political willingness to overhaul the international monetary system will falter if, in a year's time, the visible signs of the economic crisis have faded.
He said the momentum to cooperate had already eased somewhat, six months after the London summit of the Group of 20 agreed on a need for change to ensure a more stable global financial order.A former IMF chief,Michel Camdessus, said time was of the essence to embark on reform of the global monetary system."This favourable window of opportunity is there. It will not stay open forever," he said.
Camdessus gave broad backing to a recent proposal by Chinese central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan that an expanded SDR could eventually replace the dollar as the global reserve currency."Our Chinese friends mean business," he said of Zhou's plan.
As a corollary of a strengthened role for the SDR,governance changes were needed at the Fund to shift power to big emerging economies,Camdessus said.To that end,the SDR basket must be modified to include the yuan and perhaps the Indian rupee and Brazilian real as well. "The RMB must be there. Period," Camdessus said.
